Preferred Client Program

Option A

Client has a prebooked standing appointment for their pet. This allows ultimate flexibility to work around your schedule and assures your pet has a time set aside for him/her. Prebooked clients are getting the best price for their pet as well because their pet is properly maintained.

Option B

Client does not set up their next appointment at their grooming appointment but gets a reminder from the barking lot a couple of weeks before their pet is due for a grooming.

Option C

Client calls or makes an appointment online when they believe their pet is due for a grooming. The disadvantage to this is that certain days you desire may not be available and there may be a 2-3 weeks wait.
